Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate will not only excel in the art of coffee making but also contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere that our customers cherish. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our coffee, the cleanliness of our cafe, and the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods, equipment, and techniques.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to support as needed across the cafe.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet BM Cafe's standards.

- Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and answer questions from guests.

- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, including the dining area, washrooms, and workspaces.

- Serve dishes prepared by the kitchen promptly and efficiently.

- Act as an all-rounder, supporting various tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operation.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
