Job Description:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team at BM Cafe.

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our food, the cleanliness of our kitchen, and the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to support as needed across the cafe.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals that meet BM Cafe's standards.

- Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and answer questions from guests.

- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including the dining area, washrooms, and workspaces.

- Serve dishes prepared by the kitchen promptly and efficiently.

- Act as an all-rounder, supporting various tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operation.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and equipment.
